The youth is the hope of tomorrow, and the elderly are the asset of today. The youth should be motivated to take up social responsibility and commitment to build better societies. The elderly should be given opportunities to live with respect and dignity so that society can utilize their potential and experiences. The Samaya Bank project is designed to achieve both goals together. In the long run, it will establish communities for the elderly where young people actively support their seniors and learn from them. Aging will no longer be a nightmare, and youngsters will no longer have an "easy-going, no-caring" attitude. They will become ardent supporters of a forthcoming happy society and graceful aging.
Medical care is the first priority for a happy and healthy life. It is seen that the majority of people are not aware of preliminary medical precautions and practices. Learning these practices will benefit both individuals and the community. We are committed to promoting first aid training to save lives.
A plethora of groups are lining up to collaborate with the Samaya Bank project. CREDAI is set to join hands with this program, and Cordial Homes will be the first to launch it in their properties. Cordial Homes will allocate facilities to provide first aid in case of any medical emergency to the elderly and needy inhabitants. Selected inhabitants will be trained in medical care, and trained volunteers will be stationed on-site to assist.
This initiative will identify and train volunteers from the respective flats in basic first aid to act during emergencies. Multi-utility rooms will be set up in all properties to conduct medical care-related activities. Dedicated student communities and youth volunteers will be trained and involved in life-saving activities, helping them develop a sense of social commitment.
